Requesting Help From the IT Help Desk
The very best way to get technical help from the Help Desk is to use the Track IT self service portal. From any computer on any of the Big Sandy campuses, you can get to the portal by opening the "Favorites" menu in Internet Explorer and selecting "Big Sandy Help Desk".
Next, you log in using your student account. Once you are logged in, you may select "Add Work Order" to place a request for technical support. A technician will contact you via email in regards to your request. If you have any problems using the Track IT self service portal, feel free to Email the Help Desk directly.
If you cannot contact the Help Desk through email or the self service portal, you may phone a technician or stop by a Help Desk office on your campus.
