What is "Work and Learn?" Ready to Work services have been expanded to include K-Tap adult basic education students who are working toward their GED and high school graduates updating basic skills. Work and Learn assists students by helping them make the transition to college smooth and successful. What is "Work Study?" Ready to Work provides work opportunites both on-campus and off-campus through Work Study programs. Parents gain work experience while earning extra income that will not reduce their K-TAP checks. The placement of Work Study students with both private and non-profit employers helps prepare them for the workplace.
