Step 1 : Find your student ID number
It is a nine digit number that begins with "001" and may be found on either your schedule or bill. If you do not have your student ID number, you may request it by going in person to the Admission office with a photo ID.

Step 1 : Go to Online Account Access.

Step 2 : Select "Activate My Account."

Step 3 : Enter your last name and your nine digit student ID.

Step 4 : Select "Sign In"

Step 5 : Print your account information.
If you do not have access to a printer, make sure you write down your username (example: jsmith0004) and your email address (example; jsmith0004@stu.kctcs.edu).

Step 6 : Set your password.
The password must be 8 characters long.
It must include:
uppercase (A-Z) characters
lowercase (a-z) characters
numbers (0-9) or symbols
cannot include your name

Once you have completed these steps you can access your student records (schedule, grades, account, and financial aid information) and e-mail via the internet.

Step 1 : Go to Online Account Access.

Step 2 : Select "Log In to My Account"

Step 3 : Select "LOGIN HERE" on the upper left side of the page.

Step 4 : Enter your Online Access User ID and Password.

Step 5 : Select "SA Self Service."

Step 6 : Select "Learner Services."

Step 7 : Select "Home."

Step 8 : Select "Learner Services" again.

From this webpage, you can view:
Finances: Your account summary/balance and financial aid.
Course Catalog and Schedule: Course descriptions and class schedules.
Academics: Your schedule, grades, advisor information, and access to online registration.
Class offerings for future terms are subject to change.
