As required by the Commission, Big Sandy Community and Technical College (BSCTC) provides financial statements and related documents which accurately and appropriately represent the total operation of the institution.

· The 2006 Financial Profile (with Indicators) and the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System Finance Form 2005 (IPEDS) [1] for BSCTC was mailed to the Commission on July 10, 2006. The 2005 Financial Profile (with 2004 Indicators) is included as well [1]. The data for these reports was derived from the 2004-2005 [2] and the 2003-2004 [3] KCTCS Annual Financial Report with Supplemental Information for BSCTC. The financial statements are audited statements, which ensure appropriate representation of the financial position of the institution. The management letter provides further evidence of audit tests and findings [4].

· The Institutional Profile for General Information and Enrollment Data (Fall 06) for BSCTC was mailed to the Commission on January 17, 2007 [5], and the Fall 05 Profile was mailed in January 2006 [6].

The Commission has not requested additional information from BSCTC.
