Through January 22, 2007 January 22 - LAST DAY TO ENTER/ADD/ENROLL IN AN ORGANIZED CLASS FOR 2007 SPRING 14- Week Alternate Schedule - CANCELLATION FOR NON-PAYMENT - Last day to pay registration fees in person, online or arrange a Tuition/Fee Payment Plan to avoid cancellation of registration or have arrangements made for a third party to pay tuition and fees - Financial Aid, Voc-Rehab, WIA, Veterans Educational Benefits, etc. (Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) January 22 - First Day of Classes January 25 - Last Day to Withdraw and Receive 100% Tuition Refund or Owe No Money - Last Day to Drop a Class without a Grade - Last Day to Change from Audit to Credit February 12 - Last Day to Withdraw from Classes and Receive a 50% Tuition Refund February 19 - President's Day (College Closed - Academic and Administrative Holiday) March 5-10 - Spring Break (Academic Holiday) (No BSCTC classes, but all other classes meet as scheduled - KET, Internet, etc.) March 15 - Midterm - Last Day to Change from Credit to Audit - Last Day to Withdraw at the Student's Discretion and Receive a Grade of "W" March 15 - Deadline to apply for May 2007 Graduation (Applications may be picked up and returned to: Mayo-Connie Sanders; Pikeville-Randy Roberts; Prestonsburg-Jimmy Wright) March 26 - Students earn 100% of their Title IV financial assistance and are exempt from Refund/Repayment April 6 - Good Friday (College Closed 1/2 Day - Academic and Administrative Holiday) April 27 - Last Day to Withdraw at the Discretion of the Instructor and Receive a Grade of "W" (Friday evening/Saturday class withdraws will be accepted Monday, April 30 from 8:00 a.m.- 12:00 noon) April 28 - Last Day of Classes April 30-May5 - Final Exams May 6 - Last Day of Spring 2007 Semester / End of Semester May 12 - Graduation Priority Registration for Fall 2007 will be scheduled in March.
