TO 4:30PM.) August 10 - LAST DAY TO ENTER/ADD/ENROLL IN AN ORGANIZED CLASS FOR 2007 FALL SEMESTER August 10 - CANCELLATION FOR NON-PAYMENT - Last day to pay registration fees in person and arrange a Tuition/Fee Payment Plan to avoid cancellation of registration or have arrangements made for a third party to pay tuition and fees - Financial Aid, Voc-Rehab, WIA, Veterans Educational Benefits, etc. August 12 - Last day to pay registration fees online August 13 - First Day of Classes August 19 - Last Day to Withdraw and Receive 100% Tuition Refund or Owe No Money - Last Day to Drop a Class Without a Grade - Last Day to Change from Audit to Credit September 3 - Labor Day (College Closed - Academic and Administrative Holiday) September 11 - Last Day to Withdraw from Classes and Receive a 50% Tuition Refund October 8 - Midterm - Last Day to Change from Credit to Audit - Last Day to Withdraw at the Student's Discretion and Receive a Grade of "W" October 8 - 13 - Fall Break (Academic Holiday) (No BSCTC classes, but all other classes meet as scheduled - KET, Internet, etc.) October 12 - Deadline to apply for a December 2007 Graduation (Applications may be picked up and returned to: Mayo - Connie Sanders; Pikeville - Randy Roberts; Prestonsburg - Jimmy Wright) November 1 - Students earn 100% of their Title IV financial assistance and are exempt from Refund/Repayment November 21- 24 - Thanksgiving Holiday (College Closed - Academic and Administrative Holiday) NOTE: Classes end and offices close on November 21 at 5:00 p.m. November 30 - Last Day to Withdraw at the Discretion of the Instructor and Receive a Grade of "W" (Friday evening/Saturday class withdraws will be accepted Monday, December 3 from 8:00 a.m. - 12 noon) December 1 - Last Day of Classes December 3 - 8 - Final Exams December 8 - Last Day of 2007 Fall Semester / End of Semester December 7 - Graduation December 7 - Last day for Spring 2008 pre-registered students to pay registration fees in person, online or arrange a Tuition/Fee Payment Plan to avoid cancellation of registration or have arrangements made for a third party to pay tuition and fees - Financial Aid, Voc- Rehab, WIA, Veterans Educational Benefits, etc. Registration for Spring 2008 will be October 15, 2007 thru November 30.
