If you have pre-registered for the Fall 2011 semester you must complete your financial aid file, make payment arrangements, or pay your account balance by August 5, 2011 to avoid cancelation of your classes for non-payment.
If you register after August 6, 2011 for the Fall 2011 semester you must complete your financial aid file, make payment arrangements, or pay your account balance by August 12, 2011 to avoid cancelation of your classes for non-payment.
Students who have been approved for financial aid for the Fall 2011 semester will have their tuition and fees deferred until financial aid is received. Students whose tuition is paid by a third party such as a government agency, scholarship, or employer should consult with Business Office personnel to make sure documentation is on file to defer their tuition and fees.
Big Sandy Community and Technical College offers the FACTS Tuition Payment Plan to enable you to more easily afford your educational expenses. You may make payments by either automatic bank payments or by charging payments to your Visa or MasterCard. Because FACTS is not a loan program, there is no debt incurred, no credit search, and no interest or finance charges assessed by FACTS on unpaid balances. The FACTS Management Company charges a $25 per semester non-refundable fee to enroll and participate in the program. You may apply for the FACT payment plan on your PeopleSoft Self-Service account by selecting the make a payment plan option.
